Sectional object to provide comprehensive knowledge on the life cycle of buildings. Emphasize the technical aspect of the use of economic and decision theories and tools to solve decision problems. Give guidance in new approaches to the use of technical support activities in terms of the directions for use of the building, management of residential buildings, the life cycle of objects and the subsequent use of external professional services in the performance management of real estate in the area of ​​operating, routine maintenance, the civil administration, energy inspection. Emphasizes principles of keeping the missing records on the technical interventions (modifications, repairs, maintenance) and economic (land use, rent, cost of energy) state of the object, following the compulsory documentation actual construction. The course deals with the issue use tools to extend the utility and effectiveness of the works in the context of public interest using the facility management.
