Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the issues of development proposals territory-thus explain the types of documents, their purpose and the content and use in practice. As part of the introduction to the general requirements for the use of land, the principles of environmental protection and current legislation.

To obtain the assessment necessary to pass a midterm test (legislation, basic information about the area, its development, land use plan, environmental protection).

Subject syllabus:
First Introduction, explanation of basic concepts, the legislation of the Czech Republic
Second Fundamentals of building files (the foundation for the creation of regional studies and regulatory plans-use of natural and
artificial elements, network TI, the basic problems of traffic, respecting protection zones)
3rd Background for design development in the area, land use limits
4th Types of planning documentation - their purpose, characteristics, scale, form
development, assessment in terms of the Act No.100/2001 Coll., the approval process, use in practice, in connection with spatial
decisions
5th Providing information, public participation requirements for the processor and the maker of the documentation link
6th Protection of natural landscape, natural and cultural values and the environment
7th Contemporary issues in the field of urban planning, a summary of the principles of territorial development, test
