Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The aim is to provide students orientation in new approaches to the technical use of FM support activities from the perspective directions for use of the building, administration buildings and sites, the life cycle of buildings and subsequent use of services from the perspective of the performance of real estate management in operations, routine maintenance, field construction and administrative, energy inspection, facility manager role object in provision of comprehensive management incl. the creation of so-called accessible environment, operation, repair and maintenance of buildings, heating systems including appropriate software.

Summary
Průřezový předmět poskytne souhrnné znalosti o základech Facility managementu. Zejména o zásadách vedení evidence a pasportizace, o zásazích do technického ( úpravy, opravy, údržba) a ekonomického ( využití ploch, pronájem, náklady na energie ) stavu objektu, navazující na povinnou dokumentací skutečného provedení stavby. Předmět se dotýká problematiky inovativních nástrojů k prodloužení užitku a efektivnosti stavebního díla v kontextu veřejného zájmu s využitím facility managementu.
Je zdůrazněn technický aspekt správy majetku s použitím ekonomických a rozhodovacích teorií a nástrojů k řešení rozhodovacích problémů. Objasní význam Facility managementu v kontextu nákladů životního cyklu staveb, užitků a zachování dlouhodobého udržitelnéhop rozvoje v investicích.

Subject syllabus:
Sectional subject will provide comprehensive knowledge about the basics of Facility Management. Especially on the principles of keeping records and condition survey on the technical intervention (modification, repair, maintenance) and economic (land use, rent, energy costs) object status, following the compulsory documentation of actual construction. The subject touches on the issues of innovative tools to extend the benefits and effectiveness of the works in the context of public interest with the use of facility management.
