Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Knowledge of subject content is a prerequisite for carrying out activities to ensure the investment process, namely the preparation, implementation, use and disposal of investments - buildings, both in public administration and in the private sector.

Summary

Above all, the object description for the classification of investments and the overall model of the investment process. Further description of the specifics of the preparatory stages of the investment cycle. Discuss in different parts of the study proveditelnosti.Pojedná partners in the investment process, the documentation survey the different stages of the investment cycle, time and financial parameters. Attention will also be focused on the control inputs of government and decision-making of investors, as well as local government authorities as an investor. Separately attention will be paid to the economic aspects of the preparation of investment and risk analysis.

Other requirements

Processing and delivery of stored programs. Minimum 70% of attendance at the exercises. Absence, up to a maximum of 30%, must be excused and the apology must be accepted by the teacher (the teacher decides to recognize the reason for the excuse). Tasks assigned on the exercises must be hand in within the dates set by the teacher.
