Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The aim is to demonstrate the theoretical and practical knowledge and skills that students acquired during their studies and the ability to apply knowledge and skills in processing and dealing with specific challenges of field of study architecture and urban engineering. This paper tries to engineer the future to bring the best possible picture of their abilities, their level of knowledge and mastery of the technical way of thinking and expression, knowledge of technical literature, technical standards and their application. Thesis work is its own center of gravity when the student fully processed separately from the concept of expertise, and elaborates on the final proposal, which opens into a formal project and careful elaboration

Summary
Thesis topics are based on the needs of social practice, the plan of scientific-research activities of universities, faculties or departments profiling. Students must try to bring in my work as brief as the most favorable view of their ability to address the role of building an integrated research and practice and learn the habits necessary technical way of speaking, knowledge of literature, technical standards and their use. Thesis can build on the bachelor thesis, defended by the student in the Bachelor's degree studies. Thesis topics are based on industry-guaranteed issue profiling the Department of Urban Engineering.
Every thesis must contain at least two of the three basic areas of the solution:
- urban planning proposal for the use of the area plan and its technical infrastructure, including equipment necessary calculations - where the land is the subject of study entry;
- Operation layout and construction and technical design of the building, its access to transport and engineering infrastructure, the solution generates the need for parking and replacement of vehicles, design changes around the building, the vacant buildings as well as technical and operational solutions for the links to the surroundings - where is the object of the award Object of the study;
- the economic part (awards, budget, SWOT analysis, etc.)
