The aim of this course is to acquaint students with the principles according to which acquisition and processing of planning documents and the principles of technical leadership and network traffic.

Summary

Studenti se seznámí se zásadami, podle kterých se pořizuje a zpracovává územně plánovací dokumentace a se zásadami vedení technických sítí. Součástí bude přehled platných právních předpisů a jejich použití v praxi. V oblasti infrastruktury budou seznámeni se základními pojmy a vztahy inž.sítí a objektů. s jejich provozem a využitím.

Subject syllabus:

Lectures: 1.Territorial planning - concepts, laws, institutions, introduction, limits, regulatory conditions (operating principles) in each zone of settlements 2.Territorial planning documents - types, purpose, procurement, negotiation, liability, public participation in discussion, makers, part of the planning documentation 3.Ecological stability (protection of the countryside, agricultural land, LPF, especially protected areas), protection of the environment 4.Current issues in the development of settlements (suburbanisation, brownfields), the term infrastructure 5.Infrastructure - transportation - types, principles of routing, traffic organization in settlements (in contrast to transport in the country x) 6.Infrastructure - the principles of energy management (electricity, gas, hot water pipes, telecommunication cables, related buildings, 7.Infrastructure - principles of management of water supply, sanitation, construction related exercise: 1.Examples of maps, documentation, charting individual elements and areas in the map documents 2.Functional zoning of the city - Types SP 1 - find out basic information about the (residence), the selected functional zone (residential, private ownership, production, sports, etc.) in their home state to describe, complete with a description of photographs, prepare a draft regulative - acceptable, conditionally acceptable and unacceptable, propose options for improvement in this area 3.Design of estate houses and residential houses - in the restricted area map blind draft will be prepared mixed-estate development 4.Excursion (functional zoning of the city - New City Hall, creation of a residential or file-Vitkovice Poruba) 5.Analysis of individual elements of transport - will ing.Škvain (maybe SP?) 6.Infrastructure - processing of SP 2 - will ing.Proske 7.Infrastructure
