Teaching provides a basic knowledge of hydrology, the hydraulic calculations for water and building construction, maintenance and use of individual fields of water management structures construction.

Summary
Necessary parts of hydraulics and hydrology are explained. Hydrostatic and hydrodynamic calculations are included. The methods of waterworks construction are described. On includes large dams and great reservoirs, little reservoirs and ponds, river regulations, continental waterways, irrigations and drains, water-supply, sewerage. Environmental impact assessment of waterworks is involved. On take into account touched czech laws.
