Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The goal is to give students guidance in new approaches to the use of FM technology support activities. Students will gain knowledge on the operational needs of the buildings' users with the ability to navigate to the specific operational details of specific types of buildings and facilities. With regard to obtaining building foundation graduates are capable of a wide field of employability, the investment and engineering activities through the performance of technical and economic functions in building up a genuine management and operation of real estate.

Provide students with guidance in new approaches to the use of FM technology support activities in terms of directions for use of the building, management of residential buildings, the life cycle of buildings and the subsequent use of services from the perspective of performance management in real estate operations, routine maintenance, field construction management, energy inspection, the role Object Facility Manager in terms of providing comprehensive management inc. a so-called accessible environment, operation, repairs and maintenance, heating, including appropriate software towards the creation of a FICM etc.. General content of lectures: FM - the relationship between client requirements and possibilities of their satisfaction of the provider (technical inventory of resources, optimal use of technology) Technical competence of providers, saving overhead costs at the client Ownership Structure - the aim of the technical deployment FM .. Instead of FM in strategic activities, tactical and operational management - the creation of plans and their implementation. Methods of application of FM in the energy management. Methods of application of FM in the administration buildings, including repairs and maintenance. Methods CRM and logistics activities as irreplaceable comprehensive FM The role and the role of technical manager of the org. structure of the FM service provider. exercise: Programming for passportisation objects - technical infrastructure. Methods of technical reengeneringu - guidance on the use of objects in terms of its performance management Job procedures - manuals for the real estate administrator Scheduling recurring operational and administrative activities, in particular regular preventive maintenance, inspections and examinations, seasonal maintenance, etc. Approaches to traffic management systems, modern technical equipment objects Tools FM to extend the life cycle of buildings.
