Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The goal is to give students guidance in new approaches to the use of FM technology support activities. Students will gain knowledge on the operational needs of the buildings' users with the ability to navigate to the specific operational details of specific types of buildings and facilities. With regard to obtaining building foundation graduates are capable of a wide field of employability, the investment and engineering activities through the performance of technical and economic functions in building up a genuine management and operation of real estate.

Provide students with guidance in new approaches to the use of FM technology support activities in terms of directions for use of the building, management of residential buildings, the life cycle of buildings and the subsequent use of services from the perspective of performance management in real estate operations, routine maintenance, field construction management, energy inspection, the role Object Facility Manager in terms of providing comprehensive management inc. a so-called accessible environment, operation, repairs and maintenance, heating, including appropriate software towards the creation of a FICM etc..
Facility Management (FM) - the concept of assets and technical requirements to manage property both in the production sector of industrial and agricultural, residential buildings, public administration, health, culture and education, including non-profit organizations (eg churches).
