Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Course provides students with basic knowledge of construction economics and management in the construction industry with special attention to the construction work. It emphasized the technical aspect of the economy with construction and use of economic decision theory and decision-making tools to solve problems. The importance of economic construction and construction management in the context of increasing life-cycle cost of buildings, utilities and maintenance of long-term sustainable development investments.

Summary

The course provides basic information on the construction market conditions and legal status of the construction business, including obligations under construction. Particular attention is paid to production and production preparation, planning and management process. The topics such as organization and management of construction company. The course is the schedule of construction and the basic concept of building operation. Expected to apply the knowledge already gained in technical subjects, economic and social.

Business activities related to implementation structures. 2nd Construction company, building the manufacturing process, business activity area. 3rd Management and Business Financing 4th The property company, warehouse management, material base 5th Staff, the staffing management 6th Organization and management of construction company, organization, organizational diagram 7th Construction enterprise management, security management, controlling 8th Methods of management from an economic perspective (cost management) 9th Quality assurance of construction work (production), quality management system, ISO, 10th Construction management, planning and management process 11th Implementation of the project, supervisors 12th Calculation of the construction work, types of calculations 13th Billing works and engineering activities 14th Documentation of the construction works. Transmission and receipt of the building. Commissioning Framework exercise program Programs (make up a complete logical unit): 1) Establishment of construction company 2) The organization and management of construction company 3) Entering and offer a public contract 4) Contractual relations in construction 5) Building technological preparation of construction 6) Documentation of the Construction 7) Budgeting and calculation of building construction 8) Billing construction and design work, ID 9) Labour relations 10) Administrative management (planning, building permits, reporting)
