Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim is to familiarize students with basic technical knowledge on all types of utilities, including buildings. Basic knowledge is supplemented by more detailed technical principles and calculations necessary to deal with concepts and detailed design, construction and maintenance of utility networks.

Summary

Předmět je zaměřen na zvládnutí rozhodování a tvorbu koncepce pro technické vybavení daného území, pro projektování a investiční činnost ve městech a obcích. Zároveň je zaměřen na koordinaci inženýrských sítí navzájem a s ostatními účastníky investičního procesu. Student získá potřebné znalosti v oblasti inženýrských sítí s přihlédnutím k jejich specifice – liniové stavby nadzemní, pozemní a podzemní. Dále se seznámí se základy dimenzování inženýrských sítí, zdrojů a objektů a se souvisejícími technickými normami pro užití v úrovni potřebné pro územní řízení.

Outline of lectures Section 1 - Introduction, Water Supply and Sewerage 1st Introduction, basic terms and relations utilities. 2nd The concept of water supply, system resources, their protection, networks, water reservoirs, connections. 3rd The concept of sewage, waste water system network, sewage treatment plants, pipes, cesspools. 4th Calculations of water supply networks. 5th Calculations of sewerage networks. 6th Graph theory network topology utilities, their load and flow regimes. Section 2 - Resources and energy networks, electronic communications 7th The concept of supply, systems, connections 8th The concept of gas supply, gas species, systems, connections. 9th The concept of heat supply incl. hot water, fuel, resources, systems, connections. 10th Concept and types of electronic communications. 11th Selected objects in the common electric network, pipeline, hot .. 12th Production of energy from renewable sources. Calculations for power. 13th Protection and safety zones for power and communications.
