Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Students acquire basic knowledge in the field of civil engineering of buildings equipment with the requirements of the layout and comfort environment, incorporate it into the surrounding building structure.

Summary

The course covers the requirements of the typology of civil construction equipment. It is a building for education, health, culture, administration and others that the content of přednášek.Stavby are dealt with in terms of typological, structural, urban and optimal well-being of environment. Knowledge and skills obtained by students completing the course: Students acquire basic knowledge in the field of civil engineering of buildings equipment with the requirements of the layout and comfort environment. The Exercises will acquire theoretical knowledge with practical examples of conceptual proposals for various forms of civic of buildings in the form of architectural studies, not only in terms of economic and technical, but also to meet operational and aesthetic requirements.

Other requirements

Test of legislative and normative regulations - subject to successful completion for credit. At least 70% attendance at the exercises. Absence, up to a maximum of 30%, must be excused and the apology must be accepted by the teacher (the teacher decides to recognize the reason for the excuse). Tasks assigned on the exercises must be hand in within the dates set by the teacher.

Lecture: 1. Introduction to the typology of of buildings to public facilities 2. The buildings for education and learning - nurseries and kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, vocational 3. High schools and buildings for science and research 4. The buildings for Health - Information, Hospital 5. The buildings Social Care - Category 6. Office buildings - types, structure, layout elements, construction 7. The buildings for commerce and distribution - classification, operation, layout layout 8. Manufacturing and services - character, group 9. The buildings Catering - Forms, Building Program 10. The buildings of public accommodation - hotels, motels, boatels, camp, camping 11. Medical buildings - theaters, cinemas, museums, galleries, libraries, reading rooms 12. The buildings for physical education and sport - a playground, gym, swimming pools, spas 13. The buildings of vehicular traffic - parking and parking of vehicles, repair shops, garages, petrol stations Syllabus of training: 1. Public health and social spaces of civil of buildings 2. Addressing communication areas 3. Addressing the layout and composition relations of buildings to public facilities 4. Proposal for construction of public facilities in the term paper produced according to the relations with the resolution of operational and ongoing consultation
