Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Objective of the course in terms of learning outcomes and competences The aim of the subject is to acquaint students with the current legal regulations and the related basic Czech technical standards concerning the preparation and execution of constructions from the point of view of the public building law and thus provide a good theoretical basis for future contact with the practice, messages.

The subject provides basic information on building law and related legal regulations and Czech technical standards. It includes knowledge of generally binding regulations for activities under construction.

Other requirements

Continuous handing over of the work and checking the given thematic units on exercises at predetermined dates. At least 70% attendance at the exercises. Absence, up to a maximum of 30%, must be excused and the apology must be accepted by the teacher (the teacher decides to recognize the reason for the excuse). Tasks assigned on the exercises must be hand in within the dates set by the teacher.
