Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Transversal course provides a comprehensive understanding of the fundamentals of safety management systems and environmental management with special attention to construction work and environmental protection. Study course is divided into three parts, the first of which focused on "health and safety management system in the company, the second concerns" OSH management system on site "and the third is devoted to" environmental management ". It emphasized the technical aspects of security management with the use of economic and decision theories and tools for solving decision problems. Providing guidance in new approaches to technology use BM in the life cycle of objects in the context of life cycle cost of buildings, utilities and maintenance of long-term sustainable development investments.

Summary
The first part covers the current state of OSH in CR (OSH legislation, etc.), the OSH management system in a construction company (basic elements, requirements, policies and principles). The second part includes the basic requirements of OSH safety of buildings and construction activities, organization and management of occupational health and safety on site, coordination of work on site, health and safety in carrying out construction activities, health and safety in the use, operation, maintenance and repair of construction machinery, technical equipment and dedicated technical equipment (VTZ), risks associated with construction activities and measures to reduce and minimize, occupational injuries in construction, organization and management on site, the organization of health and safety training and information on staveništi.Třetí section covers various fields of environmental protection - environmental protection, waste management, water protection, air, management of chemical substances, prevention of major accidents.

At least 70% attendance at the exercises. Absence, up to a maximum of 30%, must be excused and the apology must be accepted by the teacher (the teacher decides to recognize the reason for the excuse). Tasks assigned on the exercises must be hand in within the dates set by the teacher.
