As a result of accelerating economic trends and their impact on spatial structure, and the structure of cities particularly, it is inevitable that future professionals who will offer services in the areas of municipal engineering, planning and management of urban space acquired the issues of urban economics and market relations in the context of territorial development.

Summary

The subject introduces students with basic information about the economics of land development. As a result of accelerating economic trends and their impact on spatial structure, and the structure of cities particularly, it is inevitable that future professionals who will offer services in the areas of municipal engineering, planning and management of urban space acquired the issues of urban economics and market relations in the context of territorial development.

Other requirements

At least 70% attendance at the exercises. Absence, up to a maximum of 30%, must be excused and the apology must be accepted by the teacher (the teacher decides to recognize the reason for the excuse). Tasks assigned on the exercises must be hand in within the dates set by the teacher. The emphasis is on individual student work.
