Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The course places emphasis on the preparatory phase, where students learn about different forms of documentation. Students will learn during the course of the investment process, its various stages of the investment cycle on documentation, characteristics of participants in the investment cycle, its typical processes and decision-making inputs. They will be familiar with the types of business plans, feasibility studies opportunities, feasibility and feasibility studies.

Summary

The subject introduces to students the process of preparation, realization and operation of projects in construction. It focuses mainly on preparation phases, where the students will get introduction of the individual forms of documentation, the characteristics and roles of the particular participants in the investment cycle, the decision points of the investor and the input of the state administration into investment processes. Part of the subject is to familiarize with the time and financial connection with the preparation, realization and operation of the investment processes in construction.

Participants in the investment process in construction 13. Supervision of investment process 14. Investment decisions of the investor in the investment cycle, control inputs of the state administration in the investment cycle
