Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The aim of the course is to acquire knowledge and application of theoretical background in facility management using BIM. The graduate of the course is able to evidence, structure data, distinguish relevant data for FM and data model in relation to LOMD, knows processes and broader context of the relationship between BIM, FM and life cycle of buildings, can plan and manage operational and technical processes related to effective FM from asset perspective and property management, and knows the conditions that a BIM model can run on CAFM data.
