Mastering basic system and methodological aspects of the production of analyzes and forecasts, focusing on the specifics of regional development, methods and practices of their compilation is an essential prerequisite for the development of analytical and interpretive skills in analytical and forecasting approaches used mainly in formation regional policy and the implementation of the program of regional development activity.
