Subject regeneration of industrial areas presents problems , including alternative methods and processes of regeneration and maintenance of the industrial landscape . The learning process is therefore an emphasis on the systems approach to the creation and maintenance of the landscape, the need to respect the laws of nature , processes and ecological principles , as well as respect for cultural heritage , dynamic concept of landscape evolution , its functionality and stability of ecosystems .
