Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Apart from the terminology of the subject embraces a clear classification of its investments and summary
information about the investment process and its stages (development, preparation, design,
implementation, exploitation and sanitation). Suddenly the partners, documentation, inputs
state administration, time and financial parameters of the investment process. encompasses
as well as information on basic Institution of Civil Procedure.

Summary
Mimo terminologii předmět obsáhne přehlednou klasifikaci investic a souhrnné
informace o investičním procesu a jeho fázích (vývojové, přípravné, projektové,
realizační, exploatační a asanační). Pojedná o partnerech, dokumentaci, vstupech
státní správy, časových a finančních parametrech investičního procesu. Obsáhne
rovněž informace o základních institutech stavebního řádu.
