Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The course will provide a basic overview of the four methods of valuation of assets and
both land and real estate. Take into account the role of taxes on the sale of land and
property.

Summary
Předmět poskytne základní přehled všech používaných metod oceňování majetku, a
to jak pozemků, tak i nemovitostí. Zohlední i úlohu daní při prodeji pozemků a
nemovitostí.
