Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The introduction will deal with the general typology of buildings and then will be further
discussed the different types of buildings for housing (Individual housing, apartment buildings and
Homes for collective housing) and public amenities center (education, health,
social care, distribution and trade, catering and accommodation,
administration, culture and sport). Attention is focused on the problems
institutional, functional, operational, layout, urban planning, design and
material.

Summary
V úvodu bude pojednáno o všeobecné typologii budov a dále pak budou podrobněji
probrány jednotlivé typy budov pro bydlení (individuelní bydlení, bytové domy a
domy pro kolektivní bydlení) a občanské vybavení města (školství, zdravotnictví,
sociální péče, distribuci a obchod, veřejné stravování a ubytování,
administrativu, kulturu a sport). Pozornost se soustředí na problémy
institucionální, funkční, provozní, dispoziční, urbanistické, konstrukční a
materiálové.
