Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The course will discuss the residential and industrial areas as a specific form our settlement. The main interest will be the question of the definition, structure, character and content focus agglomerations indication of their development and frequency.

Předmět pojedná o sídelních a průmyslových aglomeracích jako specifické formě našeho osídlení. V popředí zájmu bude otázka vymezení, struktury, charakteru a obsahového zaměření aglomerací, naznačení jejich vývoje a četnosti.

1. Organization and composition of 2. The importance of transport for the organization and composition of cities 3. Function and structure of residential areas 4. Residential development in the city 5. Location of industry and territorial organization of production in urban areas and storage issues 6. Effect of territorial technical aspects of the deployment of production 7. Industrial Area and rentable plants and 8. Traffic areas in the city and urban public transportation 9. Road, rail, air and water transportation in the city 10. Utility lines, principles for guidance and protection and the role of collectors 11. Technical infrastructure and its various segments 12. Civic amenities of residential units 13. City Centre 14. Historic core 15. Interest in urban areas
