Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The course will cover the whole issue of the Building Code primarily focusing on zoning, building permit, occupancy permit, the decision to change use and sanitation assessment. Furthermore, the issue of divorce use and maintenance of buildings and their removal. In conclusion focuses on the question of state building supervision, sanctions, expropriation, planning authorities and the protection of special interests.

Summary

Předmět obsáhne celou problematiku stavebního řádu především se zaměřením na územní rozhodnutí, stavební povolení, kolaudační rozhodnutí, rozhodnutí o změně užívání a asanační výměr. Dále rozvede problematiku užívání a údržby staveb a jejich odstraňování. V závěru se soustředí na otázku státního stavebního dohledu, sankcí, vyvlastnění, stavebních úřadů a ochrany zvláštních zájmů.
