Technical surveying; power of building materials; statical and dynamical loading of constructions; moisture; masonry failures; concrete structures; chemical processes in concrete; concrete corrosion; timber structures; construction damage due to moisture, animals and fungal attack; steel structures; panel constructions; foundation impacts; building constructions measurements; laboratory tests of building materials; building materials in constructions in situ assessment.

OSNOVA PŘEDMĚTU „ Technická měření a diagnostika staveb“ 1. Stavebně technický průzkum. 2. Způsobilost stavebních materiálů. 3. Zatížení konstrukcí statické a dynamické. 4. Vlhkost stavebních konstrukcí. 5. Poruchy zdiva. 6. Betonové konstrukce, chemické procesy v betonech , koroze betonu. 7. Dřevěné konstrukce, poškození konstrukcí vlivem vlhkosti, živočichy a houbami. 8. Ocelové konstrukce. 9. Panelové stavby 10. Vlivy zakládání. CVIČENÍ : 1. Měření stavebních konstrukcí. 2. Laboratorní zkoušky stavebních hmot. 3. Posuzování stavebních hmot v konstrukcích in situ. Multimediální pomůcky použité k výuce: Zpětný projektor
