Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Student will gain theoretical and practical experience, how proceed at production dissertation work.The course is focused on preparation of the search part of the dissertation work in a study branch of “Building Materials and Diagnostics of Structures”. In the first part students learn about the process of literary search, important sources of information, both in the written form and electronic form. In the following part of the course, students work on theoretical (search) part of their thesis under supervision of their supervisor.

Summary
The course is focused on preparation of the search part of the Diploma theses of students in a study branch of “Building Materials and Diagnostics of Structures”. In the first part students learn about the process of literary search, important sources of information, both in the written form and electronic form. In the following part of the course, students work on theoretical (search) part of their Diploma thesis under supervision of their supervisor.

Subject syllabus:
Students individually process the search of her thesis work during the semester, consult the text of the thesis with the supervisor and the end of the semester be present at the Cathedral seminar thesis.
