Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

Students theoretically acquire the principles and criteria for designing and evaluating remediation technologies. The practical part of the course is focused on acquiring knowledge and skills in solving specific tasks for various types of building structures and objects.

Summary

Předmět navazuje na předmět Technologie sanací, který je akreditován pro bakalářský stupeň studia. Cílem předmětu je seznámit studenty s problematikou vhodné aplikace sanačních technologií ve stavebních objektech a konstrukcích. Studenti si teoreticky osvojí zásady a kritéria pro navrhování a hodnocení sanačních technologií. Praktická část výuky je zaměřena na získání znalostí a dovedností při řešení konkrétních zadání pro různé typy stavebních konstrukcí a objektů.

Other requirements

At least 70% attendance at the exercises. Absence, up to a maximum of 30%, must be excused and the apology must be accepted by the teacher (the teacher decides to recognize the reason for the excuse). Requirements can be specified and supplemented by the teacher at the beginning of the semester. Tasks assigned on the exercises must be hand in within the dates set by the teacher.

Subject syllabus:

1. Introduction. Legislation and standardization. Life cycle of buildings. The role of maintenance and rehabilitation in the management of reliability of buildings and structures. 2. Defects and failures of buildings and structures. Degradation processes and their evaluation. 3. Principles of remediation intervention design. Preparation and implementation of the remediation process. 4-6. Remediation of functional parts of buildings - building construction. 7. Remediation of functional parts of buildings - transport and technical infrastructure buildings. 8. Remediation of functional parts of buildings - construction of technical infrastructure. 9. Remediation of functional parts of buildings - buildings in industry and power engineering. 10. Remediation of functional parts of buildings - buildings in industry and power engineering. 11. Principles of site organization, occupational health and safety, machinery and equipment in the implementation of remediation interventions. 12. Methods of evaluation of implemented remediation measures. 13-14. One-day excursion.
