Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the issues of investigation and evaluation of buildings and structures of concrete, masonry, steel and wood.

Summary

Předmět je zaměřen na provádění stavebních průzkumů všech druhů stavebních konstrukcí. V rámci výuky je věnována pozornost metodice posouzení a hodnocení negativních vlivů narušujících životnost a spolehlivost objektů. V rámci výuky si studenti osvojí znalosti a dovednosti v oboru destruktivních a nedestruktivních diagnostických metod.

Other requirements

At least 70% attendance at the exercises. Absence, up to a maximum of 30%, must be excused and the apology must be accepted by the teacher (the teacher decides to recognize the reason for the excuse). Requirements can be specified and supplemented by the teacher at the beginning of the semester. Tasks assigned on the exercises must be hand in within the dates set by the teacher.

Subject syllabus:

1. Diagnostics and evaluation of buildings according to CSN ISO 13822. 2. Data for evaluation of existing structures and constructions. 3. Diagnostics of mining constructions. 4. Diagnostics of buildings in geologically unstable and undermined areas. 5. Methodology of building evaluation, risk management. 6. Evaluation on the basis of satisfactory competence, historical buildings. 7. Diagnostics and evaluation of timber structures and constructions. 8. Diagnostics of residential and civil buildings. 9.Diagnostics of industrial buildings. 10.Diagnostics of transport structures. 11. Evaluation of reliability of new structures. 12.Diagnostics of historical buildings. 13.Summary of the substance.
