Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Study is focused on chemistry of building materials, bonds between atoms, structure of silicates, which is reflected in microstructure of building materials. The study is also focused on microstructure of concrete, gypsum binders, alkali activated materials etc. A base of theory of fracture as well as fracture mechanic are also discussed.
