Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim is to acquire basic knowledge and ability to use BIM technology in practice when performing diagnostics buildings.

Summary

Předmět je zaměřen na uvedení do problematiky informačních modelů budov a jejich využití při stavebně technických průzkumech. Zaměřuje se na využití dostupných softwarových řešení od tabulkových procesorů až po 3D řešení určené pro BIM modelování. Cílem předmětu je získat základní znalosti a schopnost využít BIM technologie v praxi při provádění diagnostiky staveb.

Other requirements

The minimum attendance rate required is 70% or above. Absence of up to 30% must be excused and the apology must be accepted by the teacher. Requirements will be specified by the teacher at the beginning of the semester. Submission of assignments within the deadlines set by the teacher is required for credit obtaining.
