Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The aim is to explain the principles of quality management methods in the construction industry. Processes and systems are defined during the design, preparation, construction and operation of the building. The general principles of quality management are complemented by the historical development of methods and principles of continuous improvement based on feedback and using quality assurance processes such as metrology, building testing, standardization, product certification and statistical methods of results processing. The student will prepare and defend the quality plan of the given diploma thesis.

Summary
Student připraví a obhajuje plán kvality dané diplomové práce.
