Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The course focuses on processes that evaluate the environmental and economic efficiency of spatial and spatial planning tools as well as potential gains from political reforms. Individual elements are analyzed and evaluated - relationships between land use patterns are explored. Relationships to socio-economic outcomes. Pressures on the environment in relation to political instruments. The subject is aimed predominantly on the urbanized area, but the landscape is marginally solved in the study.

Summary

V předmětu je studium zaměřeno na procesy, které hodnotí environmentální a ekonomickou efektivitu nástrojů územního a územního plánování, jakož i potenciální zisky z politických reforem. Jsou analyzována a hodnoceny jednotlivé prvky – zkoumají se vztahy mezi způsoby využívání půdy. Vztahy k socioekonomickými výstupy,. Tlaky efekty na životní prostředí ne vazbě na politické nástroje. Předmět je zaměřen dominantně na urbanizované území, ale i krajina je v rámci studia okrajově řešena.
