Comprehesion general principles of quality management in civil engineering. Analysis process technology and application methods of quality management.

Summary

The model of process - based quality management system in consctruction firms. monitoring and measurement of processes, analysis of data, corrective and preveutive action. Process for continual improvement the effectivenness of the quality management system. Students will have to prepared half - yearly esseys. Socused on quality plan of selected building technology. The essay student will be preseuted and defenided before the end of semester.

At least 70% attendance at the exercises. Absence, up to a maximum of 30%, must be excused and the apology must be accepted by the teacher (the teacher decides to recognize the reason for the excuse). Requirements can be specified and supplemented by the teacher at the beginning of the semester. Tasks assigned on the exercises must be hand in within the dates set by the teacher.

Subject syllabus:

Lecture: 1st Introductory lecture. Curriculum and requirements for defense seminar work and testing. Overview of Literature 2nd Quality and reliability of structures, functional components, and contract regulated area. 3rd Process map construction company, to analyze the production process. 4th Plan quality production processes, quality management system requirements as set ISO 9000:2000, continuous process improvement. 5th Support quality management processes. Fundamentals of construction machinery. 6th overview of nondestructive testing methods for controlling the manufacturing process. 7th Statistical methods for assessing test results, evidence of compliance. 8th Metrological security of the construction process, inspection and test plan. 9th Management changes in manufacturing processes, risks and their management. 10.Process performance, continuous improvement, auditing, integrated systems, economics class. 11.Quality management systems in construction companies (expert lecture on practice). 12.Processes of design and construction preparation, construction process. 13.Processes in the operation phase of the building. Maintenance, repair and survey. 14th Summary Exercise: 1st Entering seminary work: quality of the selected plan process. 2nd Analysis of structures and functional components - characteristics of quality and reliability. 3rd Map of concrete technology, processes, inspection and test plan according to EN 206-1. 4th Plan quality production processes of concrete technology. 5th Laboratory of building materials: a basic non-destructive methods. 6th Laboratory of building materials: methods for monitoring manufacturing processes. 7th Statistical processing of results of test methods. 8th Histograms, control charts and the uncertainty. 9th Cause and effect diagrams, design of experiments. 10.Dokumentace quality management system, using digital photography. 11.Exkurze laboratory to the factory and construction firm with an established quality system. 12.Obhajoba term paper with discussions. 13.Obhajoba term paper with discussions. 14.Zápočtový test and credit.
