Summary
The course builds on the basic study of the issue of building foundations and extends acquired knowledge in the areas of deep foundations, especially when applied pile foundations. In addition to piloting the technology has advanced knowledge of the design according to the first (ULS) and second limit state (SLS), the issue of group
piles and pile grids. In addition to these issues develops knowledge of improvement of soil properties, foundation in landslide areas, the issue of creation of embankments and spoil banks, include methodologies mechanical properties of these materials.
