Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The course is focused on rock cutting explosive charges industrial explosives. The study is an assortment of means of blasting technique, their functional characteristics and method of handling them. After the theoretical foundation releasing mechanism, firing charges, etc., the content is focused mainly on disintegration of the rock mass blasting in the mining of primary surface mines and quarries inc. explosives and the design of geometric parameters blasting. Briefly deals with the use of explosives in underground excavation line objects. The course is an assessment of the harmful and adverse effects of blasting (pressure wave, flight, toxic fumes, seismic effects). An essential part course is also relevant law, in particular in the area of ​​blasting. Subject following chapter with controlled blasting rock breaking and foundation destruction blasting.

Summary

Předmět je zaměřen na problematiku rozpojování hornin výbuchem náloží průmyslových trhavin. Součástí studia je sortiment prostředků trhací techniky, jejich užitné vlastnosti a způsob manipulace s nimi. Po teoretickém základu mechanizmu rozpojení, roznětu náloží apod., je obsah zaměřen především na rozpojování hornin při hromadných primárních těžebních odstřelech na povrchových dolech a lomech vč. návrhu geometrických a výbušinářských parametrů odstřelů. Stručně se zabývá i použitím trhavin při ražení podzemních liniových objektů. Součástí výuky je i posouzení škodlivých a nežádoucích účinků odstřelů (tlaková vlna, rozlet, toxické zplodiny, seismické účinky). Nezbytnou součástí předmětu je i příslušná legislativa zjm. v oblasti trhacích prací. Předmět doplňuje kapitola trhacích prací s řízeným výlomem a základy destrukčních trhacích prací.

Subject syllabus:

Lectures: 1st Introduction to the disciplines - history of disintegration, the basic concepts, the teaching program. 2nd Classical and non-classic rock disintegration. 3rd Blasting - Blasting equipment, features and handling. 4th Explosives charges firing - a principle involved, the suitability and security firing, ignitor side, millisecond blasting technique. 5th Theory of disintegration of rock explosion. 6th Basic parameters of blasting. 7th Multiple blasts on the surface - taxonomy, use. 8th Determination of basic parameters of aperture and surface blasting. 9th Determination of basic parameters of chamber blasting. 10th Saving technologies (contour blasting) - methods, principles, determination basic parameters. 11th Secondary blasting. 12th Harmful effects of an explosion (air pressure wave, projection of material toxicity fumes, seismic effects). 13th Fundamentals of destructive blast. Exercise: In practice the determination of basic parameters of blasting blasting disintegration of classical work, mass-blasting on surface and groundwater during the excavation works different conditions, using computer technology and available software. 1st chemistry of explosives. 2nd Assessment of electrical firing a given number and type of electric detonators and electrical sources. firing pulse. 3rd Technological process of blasting during the excavation of the line underground structure small section (the gallery, collector, etc.). 4th Technological process of blasting a mass shooting of Ex at the surface, incl. the basic parameters of blasting. 5th Technological process of shaking blasting in quarries and mines.
