Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim is to build on students' basic knowledge of flexibility and strength, structural mechanics, statics, mechanics of rocks and soils, and other areas this knowledge to further synthesize, extend and apply to the specific conditions structures underground. Student should be able to after completing this course, carry out an objective analysis and prediction of the real behavior of underground structures in certain conditions, synthesize and further develop previously acquired knowledge and apply the methods of calculation load of the structure and design of structures, including the use of modern methods mathematical modeling.

Summary

Předmět je zaměřen na problematiku statického posuzování a navrhování podzemních konstrukcí, zajišťujících stabilitu, provozuschopnost a bezpečnost podzemních děl. Součástí předmětu jsou metody stanovení stavu napětí a deformace v okolí podzemního díla, základní přístupy a metody stanovení zatížení konstrukce, klasifikace výpočtových metod, jejich komparace a podmínky jejich aplikace. Velká pozornost je věnována problematice statického posouzení podzemních konstrukcí různých typů. K řešení jednotlivých typů úloh jsou využívány rovněž metody numerického modelování a specializované softwarové systémy (Plaxis, Phases, CESAR LCPC, Midas GTS, UDEC apod.).
