Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim is to extend and deepen knowledge about the methods of geotechnical and Geophysical monitoring of their limiting factors, the selection criteria monitoring device and methods of evaluation and interpretation of results monitoring measurements. Doctoral student should be able to pass this course set goals and possibilities of monitoring measurements for the specific situation propose an appropriate project monitoring, evaluate installation conditions individual monitoring devices, their reliability and relevance and the analyze and interpret the results of the monitoring measurements.

Summary

Obsahem předmětu je podrobný přehled moderních metod geotechnického monitoringu a geofyzikálního průzkumu, studium principů jednotlivých monitorovacích zařízení, vhodnosti jejich použití, jejich technických, instalačních a případných dalších omezení. Součástí předmětu je rovněž problematika návrhu projektu monitoringu pro konkrétní reálné situace, a to z hlediska cílů monitoringu, metodické vhodnosti, technologické a metodologické náročnosti realizace monitorovacích měření, správného vyhodnocení a interpretace výsledků měření. Nedílnou součástí výuky jsou rovněž metody inverzní analýzy a jejich praktická aplikace.
