Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The course extends students' expertise in the field of sustainable development and a comprehensive evaluation of the quality of buildings. Students learn the tools used for comprehensive assessment of buildings in our country and in the world (SBToolCZ, Bree, LEED). On a practical example, students will learn to master the application of the selected system tools for the evaluation of the specified type building.

Summary

The course extends students' expertise in the field of sustainable development and a comprehensive evaluation of the quality of buildings. Students learn the tools used for comprehensive assessment of buildings in our country and in the world (SBToolCZ, Bree, LEED). On a practical example, students will learn to master the application of the selected system tools for the evaluation of the specified type building.

Other requirements

At least 70% attendance at the exercises. Absence, up to a maximum of 30%, must be excused and the apology must be accepted by the teacher (the teacher decides to recognize the reason for the excuse). Tasks assigned on the exercises must be hand in within the dates set by the teacher.
