Přednášky
1. Obecně o investicích, základní pojmy, v procesu přípravy a řízení
investic. Klasifikace investic z různých pohledů
2. Investiční strategie, rozhodování v podniku a samosprávných orgánech
3. Investiční cyklus, jeho fáze a jejich charakteristika
4. Popis jednotlivých fází investičního cyklu, investiční záměr,
charakteristika studií
5. Spolufinancování investic ze strukturálních a ostatních fondů EU,
přílohy nutné k podání projektu
6. Partneři v investičním procesu, typy činností – investor, inženýrská
organizace, projektant, zhotovitel
7. Dodavatelské modely, developeři, model PPS, smluvní vztahy mezi partnery
8. Dokumentace pro vydání územního rozhodnutí a stavebního povolení
9. Předání staveniště, stavební deník, kolaudace a převzetí stavby,
exploatační a likvidační fáze
10. Přehled a význam průzkumových a rozborových prací
11. časové parametry investičního cyklu, časové harmonogramy řízení
činností jednotlivých partnerů investičního cyklu
