Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The course provides basic information on the construction market conditions and legal status of the construction company, including
obligations under construction. Particular attention is paid to pre-project preparation and construction of the
investor and building contractor. In addition, topics such as organization and management of construction company.
Knowledge and skills obtained by students completing the course: Students gain necessary knowledge about relationships and functioning of the construction business in an environment of market economy, its organizational výstavbě.Dále learn the basics of training in all phases of construction and principles of the construction process. The exercises will acquire basic skills in designing and managing the documentation in its defense expert discussion.

The course focuses on the preparation of construction issues from the perspective of the investor and the contractor works.
Comprehensively the issue of pre-conceived, design and construction and technological preparation of the works.

Decree No. 500/2006 Coll., on analytical materials for town planning, town planning documentation and method for filing town planning activities
Decree No. 501/2006 Coll., on general land use requirements
Decree No. 503/2006 Coll., on more detailed town planning regulation, public contracts and planning measures

Partial self-study-ability.
At least 70% attendance at the exercises. Absence, up to a maximum of 30%, must be excused and the apology must be accepted by the teacher (the teacher decides to recognize the reason for the excuse).
Tasks assigned on the exercises must be hand in within the dates set by the teacher.
