Preparation of contracts, organization of building-up.
Aim of subject is oriented on management building-up, buildig-up of investmenet, especially buildings of civil engineering.

Subject is oriented on preparation and building-up, buildings for housing, equipment of the town, industry buildings too. Emphasis is placeal on preparation of contract, cooperation with investor and contractor.

Other requirements
At least 70% attendance at the exercises. Absence, up to a maximum of 30%, must be excused and the apology must be accepted by the teacher (the teacher decides to recognize the reason for the excuse). Tasks assigned on the exercises must be hand in within the dates set by the teacher.
