Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim of the course is to acquaint the students with the building information modelling (BIM) and to acquire the knowledge to master the elaboration of building BIM model according to the rules and procedures of the BIM.

Teaching methods

Tutorials

Summary

Basic information on building information modelling. Attention is paid to the rules and procedures of the BIM, detailed information on the reference model and its models of cooperating parties. Level of development, level of information, level of geometry, elaboration of project documentation: how to create a BIM model, automatic commands. Time planing (4D – time information), budgeting (5D - price information).
