Collecting of basic knowledges and skills in this branches: - Object design in CAD systems - Management of construction contracts - Planning and technological training Comprehension of basic ideas, correlations and its aplication by analysis of the problems.

Summary

Use current CAD systems for building design, which serve as a basis for evaluation of mass characteristics, structures, objects, etc., which have practical use in the preparation and construction (Contec system, MS Project). Management of construction contracts - a system InfoPower The "Management of construction contracts," permits the registration of all the information necessary for the preparation, management and evaluation of buildings. Above all, deadlines and tasks, contractual relations, including subcontracting, all documentation related to the contract and others. It is an important tool for planning and technological preparation before execution.

Other requirements

Basic knowledge of CAD systems. At least 70% attendance at the exercises. Absence, up to a maximum of 30%, must be excused and the apology must be accepted by the teacher (the teacher decides to recognize the reason for the excuse). Tasks assigned on the exercises must be hand in within the dates set by the teacher.
