Project a level detail design (building for housing or building for equipment of town), with view on technology part. Empasis is placed on independent work.

Summary
The project II is oriented on problem of time schedule, software support and using software support for preparing and realization buildings. Project is oriented on level for detail design. Part of Project is oriented on technical - economical part, investment, design and technology.

Actually new books, software, code, legislation of Czech Republics.
Recommended literature:
Methodology ČKAIT, design projets.

Other requirements
At least 70% attendance at the exercises. Absence, up to a maximum of 30%, must be excused and the apology must be accepted by the teacher (the teacher decides to recognize the reason for the excuse). Tasks assigned on the exercises must be hand in within the dates set by the teacher.

Subject syllabus:
Project II. relates on The project I. For the unfinished construction project in the first draft will be concept and treatment scheduling (schedule, line chart) using software support. Furthermore, the determination will be made of materials needed and cost of materials, optimum track work crews (for selected processes). In the final phase will be processed in the final evaluation of the construction structure: identification data, the supply system designer, investor, dates and deadlines, economic data, project documentation, technology, organization, contractual relations and conditions, quality, environment, technical-economical characteristics.
