Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
The course gives basic information on the conditions of the construction market and the legal status of the construction enterprise, including
obligations under construction. Special attention is paid to project preparation buildings by investor and the contractor. Further topics dealt with the organization and management of construction firm.
Knowledge and skills gained by completing the course: The student will acquire the necessary knowledge about relationships and functioning
construction enterprise in the free market economy, its organizational výstavbě.Dále will learn the basics of construction preparation
at all stages and principles of the construction process. In the exercises, you will learn basic skills in designing control documentation and its
defense in discussion.

At least 70% attendance at the exercises. Absence, up to a maximum of 30%, must be excused and the apology must be accepted by the teacher (the teacher decides to recognize the reason for the excuse).
