Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences

The aim of this subject is to characterize the development of the Czech and Moravian architecture till the end of the 19 th century. It is important to describe and also to explain rules in the development of architecture. The student could to be able to line up the buildings from certain times.

Renaissance 6. The early and middle Baroque 7. The late Baroque 8. Classicism 9. Architecture in 19 th Century (Revivalism and Orientalism) 10. Architecture of Belle Epoque (late Revivalism and Art Noveau) 11. Historical Architecture of Moravian Silasian Region 12. Historical Architecture in Ostrava 13. Foreing influence on the Architecture of Czech, Moravian and Silesian countries.
