Summary

The syllabus of the course is a continuation of the previous courses History of Architecture and Urbanism I - V and complements them appropriately. The lecturer emphasizes the understanding of architectural work in the second half of the 20th century with regard to the different political and economic developments in the world and finally the current contemporary work. Knowledge of contemporary architecture is needed for the work of an architect and civil engineer and its acquisition requires professional training.
