The principle that Camillo Sitte had in mind was already on the ground
avant-garde images of cities and public space in the 1920s. In response to the asocial environment for living in the 19th century, the concept of a functional city was created on the basis of CIAM Conclusions. It is an understanding of what is an artistic architectural aspect that belongs to the timeless principles of architecture and urbanism, in addition to temporary ones, including design and action or conceptual art.
