Subject aims expressed by acquired skills and competences
Learning outcomes of the course unit The course develops the focus of students on the values of art. The content of the course develops students' knowledge of the history of the great directions of classical modernism - expressionism, fauvism, cubism, futurism, dadaism, surrealism and various forms of abstract (non-figurative) art (painting, sculpture and modern architecture, etc.). the artistic directions and tendencies of the second half of the 20th century - about the development of abstract expressism and other postmodern artistic streams, about the conceptual art, processual art, performances and installations, about new mythologies and other manifestations of contemporary art. The material will be discussed in such a way as to open the view of the whole issue of art of our time within the cooperation of an architect and an artist.

Learning outcomes of the course unit The course develops the focus of students on the values of art.
