Aim of the design is to applicate teoretical and practical knowledge about roads, which students have from previous years. Teaching of exercises takes place on a computer classroom with the use of specialized software.

At least 70% attendance at the exercises. Absence, up to a maximum of 30%, must be excused and the apology must be accepted by the teacher (the teacher decides to recognize the reason for the excuse). Tasks assigned on the exercises must be hand in within the dates set by the teacher.

Subject syllabus:

The project aims to apply the theoretical and practical knowledge gained previous years of study at a comprehensive solution of a given construction project of field of traffic engineering. according to individual specifications. Students in this course project I continue to work on a simplified project documentation entered in the summer semester in the subject road. Teaching of exercises takes place on a computer classroom with the use of specialized software. Syllabus Project: • Project assignment, route selection of the map base • Design horizontal alignment road • Design height keeping road • Width road layout, a cross-section • Typical cross sections • Calculation of quantities • The design of culvert pipe • Assembly drawing of the longitudinal profile • Assembly drawing of the situation • Completion of year project
